Good news for struggling homeowners! SunTrust Mortgage Agrees to $320 Million Settlement – July 2014

In July, 2014, SunTrust Mortgage Inc. agreed to pay $320 million to settle a criminal investigation of its unlawful practices in implementing the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). It also provides money to prevent such abuses in the future.

YOU’VE BEEN ARRESTED FOR DUI. NOW WHAT DO YOU DO?

Have a lawyer by your side when you see the judge.

If you or a family member has been arrested for DUI, it is important to get legal advice quickly. You will have a mandatory court hearing with the judge on the next court day after you are arrested. The judge will decide important things about your case, and the prosecutor will be there. You should have an attorney by your side at that hearing.
